By using PoolParty.bet, you acknowledge that this is a peer-to-peer prediction platform built on the Solana blockchain. All transactions are final and irreversible.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

PoolParty operates as a skill-based prediction game. The platform takes a 5% protocol fee from each pool at settlement, distributed as follows: 2% buy & burn ($PARTY token), 1.5% treasury, 1% pool creator reward, 0.5% community rewards.

All pool entries, picks, and payouts are processed on-chain. The platform does not hold custody of user funds beyond active pool participation. Smart contract interactions carry inherent risk.
